I got a letter stating I won 2 million dollars from A.N.C owner Larry Hourd It asked me to send $15.99 I did this by money order so I feel he got my family and millions of others I got copy's of all documents I want what's owed I got signed up with him by publishing clearing house so I feel there at fault also

You wont be able to sue for getting your hopes up. There just isnt a law in place that will give YOU money becayuse YOU ASSUMED!!! As for the $16, just write it off and learn to NOT do that again. You are right!! THEY are scam artists and YOU got scammed. All You can do is file a police report, an FBI IC3 report, and NEVER do that again. As for YOU feeling that PCH is responsible, they are NOT!!! To insinuate that they are only puts YOU under the gun for defamation so watch doing that on a public forum. In the future remember what P.T. Barnum said about suckers. Its true and they will use that!! They will get your hopes up with an official looking letter and YOU just throw money at it thinking you are getting something. I mean really?? $16 for $2,000,000.00 doesnt sound right does it?
