Awards Notification Commission False lottery winnings, by a Mr. Larry Hourd Kansas City Kansas
Was contacted by mail stating that I may have won money and that I needed to send a processing fee of $12.99. I sent this fee but shortly after reading about this company I did a stop payment on the check before it hit my account.
