Awesome Puppies Julio Balderas Parvo Puppies - Bad Breeder - Puppy Mill Spring Texas
BEWARE! PARVO! DEAD PUPPY! HEARTBREAK! NOT RESPONSIVE! On 12/5/2013 we received a precious Mini Bull Terrier from J. R. (Julio Balderas) She was so cute but seemed very tired. We thought maybe she was jet lagged and/or had worms because she was so skinny. When we fed her, her tummy got big and didn’t go back down.
We took her to the vet and he did a parvo test and admitted her to the hospital. She was DEAD by Tuesday (5 Days). Parvo is VERY DEADLY.
Our vet said once a breeder has parvo, they would need to MOVE to keep breeding puppies. He said the virus stays in the ground and in a home for years (some websites say as many as 10 years).
We notified J.R. when we took her to the vet. He said to let him know what happened. We told him when she died and had to enter a case with PayPal to get our money back. They refunded our money after J.R. requested a copy of the vet bill to prove she had parvo and that she was dead. I’ve asked J.R. 10+ times to pay the vet bill ($341) but he’s never responded to us.
As an out of state buyer, I’d have to fly to Spring, TX to sue him in small Claims Court. I’m out of luck but you don’t have to be. STAY AWAY! He never called or text to say he was sorry about what happened. Parvo and J. R. Baldaras are both terrible! BEWARE!!!!
