I wish I had looked them up here before placing an order. Fortunately, I did take screen shots of my "confirmation pages". They were listed on Google's Shopping list for a humidifiers, so we found a model we liked and placed an order for three of them.
I never got any email confirmation. When I looked at the site today, there was no history of my order and my items were still listed as "in cart" - even though I have screen shots of a confirmation page.
So I called them and their phone # doesn't work - and that phone # is a PA # when the company is listed as CA. And now their site stopped working!
I called Chase to report everything.
