Back To New Remodeling - Roger Senf ripoff, ruined my home makeover, took my money, did not do the job right, did not finish, did not deliver the goods. Chanute Kansas
Conned me into believing that he and his company were professional and would do the job right or knew how to do the remodel. Installed the floor way wrong... it buckled and broke in x6 places when the house contracted and expanded as all buildings do when the weather changes.
Tried to intimidate me and scare me into giving him the rest of the money. He already had $7000.00 for materials time and labor. What I got was an incorrectly, incompletely, and just plain bad job for all that money.
Then he tried to put a lien against the house to try to force me to give him money or settle with him, when he did not earn it. I went after him with an attorney (x2 attys) he declared banctruptcy and now does not have to take responsibility in any way financially or otherwise for what he did to my famly and home.
The man terrorised us with threats of getting our little home in a sheriff's sale. This went on for over a year. I am now waiting for the release paperwork concerning the lien. The terorising goes on. The law protects the crooks not the honest citizen. I could sure use some of the money this guy took to correct his bad work and make it right.

If this is all true, why have other contractors before me had to sue to get their money also? It's public record. The plummer did not get paid on this job until after he was filing a lein also.
