Although this person has used a fake name I know exactly who she is. we will use the initals W.D. This person has repeatedly bombarded us with cals and emails with racial epithats and wonders why we do not respond? Her order has been shipped to her and we will gladly post her tracking number. Don't believe everything you read. How can someone get ripped off if they are using a credit card to make a purchase? Think about that.

First, let me start by saying that I am not a competitor of this company. I don't wish to sell fake, illegal handbags for a living. I chose to earn an honest living and not STEAL from other people. So with that said, BAGBINGE LIAR, don't try to respond to this by saying that I am NOT a "real" customer--I AM NOT A COMPETITOR SO STOP USING EXCUSES FOR YOU LIEING AND FRAUDING HONEST PEOPLE. YOU ARE A THIEF AND A LIAR. If you weren't worried about what people are saying then why do you post useless rebuttals on MANY sites, not just this one, with ZERO facts and threaten to display people's personal information, their credit card information??!!! It amazes me that you have a brain in that ghetto head of yours. I ordered something from this site, never received the merchandise and it's been several weeks now and could never get through to them on the phone. It specifically states on the recorded message that she probably had the owner of the gas station up the street record?! to NOT call with order inquiries. Why do you think that would be?? Because they are SCAMMERS. So I send an email to [email protected] just like the recorded message referred me to do (again following instructions here) and received a reply of "NOT SHIPPED YET". After 3 and half weeks I begin to get suspicious. I send enother email and got no response, but rather a ghetto lady call me and yell to the point where I hung up on her. She threatened to give out personal information and charge my credit card for items I didn't order. SO WORD TO THE WISE. CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD USED THROUGH THIS SITE AND FILE A FRAUD COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD CO AND THROUGH YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT.

I have tried to contact Bag Binge from Australia via email atleast 15 times and via phone 3 times. I have had 1 ridiculous email reply that the company had no record of my January transaction even though I had the PayPal record and provided this to them, again with no reply. I find this sort of business behaviour unbelievable and strongly warn others not to deal with Bag Binge. I am bitterly disappointed because I had received a previous order of a beautiful bag and was hoping of similar. So Bag Binge if you are listening, I really want my order or a refund, I am sick of getting ripped off and will tell everyone I know and anyway I can of your business dealings.
