Complaint Review: Ballard Computes LLC - Indianapolis Indiana

Why would I refuse to look at your computer agian?  This just doesn't make sense.  I have never refused to look at someones computer again.  The very fact that you are so vague in your reply tells me you are lying.  You don't even mention what the fix was.  What was "fixed" and then wasn't fixed a week later?  I always show the client that the problem is fixed.  In my business problems don't come back.  And if they do for some reason, I handle it for free immediately.

I was contacted by a scammer for a few thousand dolars the day after this report was posted.  I assume you had to be that person.  You are literrally the Only bad review I have.  I'm the most positively reviewed person in Indianapolis.  I have 3 times the reviews (and a perfect ranking at that) as the number two guy in this city.  

I think my track record speaks for itself.  Who are we suppose to believe?  Someone that is super vague with no real name beside their review, or the most positively reviewd computer/ipad/iphone guy in Indianapois?

You write this 1 bad review but yet I have another 111 reviews saying something completely different than your experince.  NOt once has someone ever claimed I refused to relook at their computer.  Not once.  

No sir, you are the liar. I am not trying to get money here. Or do anything to scam your company- the only thing I am trying to do is notify other poeple what horrible service you do and to let them know what kind of person you are so that they dont have to go through the horrible service I went through- I don't want your money. You apparently do not know how to resolve an issue other than trying to turn the finger around and point it at the customer, making threats and stating that I am the scammer? Please... That is NOT how to resolve an issue. First thing you learn in customer service- which I am thinking you CLEARLY need to relearn. Hope no other customer suffers like I did with you and I hope they see what horrible person you are. Wish the best for you.

This is a scammer trying to extort me for money.  Within hours of this being posting I received an email asking me for a two thousand dollars to remove this review.

I have never refused to look at someone's computer, EVER.  It doesn't even make sense.  I want my customers to be happy.  If their was an issue a week later, I would want to look at again and make sure the problem was in fact taken care of.  I would NEVER refuse to look at someone's computer again.  That's not how I do busienss.  

Please google my company name.  This is the first bad review I have recieved besides a gentlemen that wrote me 2 bad checks a few years ago.  There is a reason I'm the most positivly reviewed person in all of Indianapolis.  No computer company, iphone repair guy, or ipad guy has more reviews than me in all of Indianapolis.  Unfortanetly that makes me a target for scammers like this.  

Please realize this is not true and I would never refuse to relook at anyone's computer. 

After doing some googling it seems like this same scammer is doing the same to other computer companies in the Indianapolis area.  Their complaint is even worded exactly the same.
