Baltimore Elite Martial Arts Academy Scammer...Due Not Pay them in Advance Baltimore Maryland
Enrolled child into program.
The owner, Rick Hammond and his staff sell the daycare program and martial arts program as being state of the art for care. However, the daycare is jammed packed with children and staff that watch children as they are assembled in open room.
Children have to fight over limited games and other activities.
Staff and owner has no tolerance for children with special needs. I paid in advance almost a $1,000. My kid had a hard time adjusting to this overcrowded, poorly runned daycare and they kicked him out after restraining him.
They refused to refund any of my money. I complained to the BBB and the owner Rick Hammond threatened me if I complained again.
Parents that want quality, safe, and structured daycare program for their child do not send them to this program. If interested should visit the daycare when it is in full session with 50 plus kids in one room.
Do not pay for services in advance. That's money out of your pocket and into theirs, without them delivering services as promised.
This facility is not regulated by the state of Maryland daycare licensing.
