Here it says $45 annual fee but possibly they enrolled you in a Platinum card or something similar. The APRs are misleading - 0.1524 is actually 15.24%, 0.2124 is actually 21.24%. You may have agreed to the terms almost by default but it does seem like a site trying to deceive.
