Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I called the old number off 1-800-839-6641, only to be told by a mechnical voice that the number had changed. Why? I was not notified of the change. In fact I was trying to call, bacause I have not recieved my monthly statement yet. Where is it?

Please hold for the next available operator, we estimate your time on hold for 15 minutes. 43 minutes later I finally speak to someone. Why has your number changed? "We moved." Where is my statement? "I am unable to answer that." Is your mailing address the same? "No." Pause, pause, pause. Well can I have the new address? (Should I have to ask for it?) No it should be given to me without asking. It's a little something called customer service. That is why I called. The new address is

(confirmed 2 times by asking and repeating back info)

How come I have to call and find out that you have already changed things, (moved) and did not notify me BEFORE HAND? I would guess that you knew for a while that you were moving.

Okay, I have the address and new number, but what about the people who don't think about their monthly bill untill they get it in the mail? Are you going to charge them all late fees?

I want you to know this in advance, that how you handle the bogus "late fees" that are wholly from your own ineptness by not notifying customers of your new mailing address, and not sending out monthly statements, will determine whether or not I remain a bank first/action card holder or not. Yes I realize that statements are a courtesy only, but I have been recieving them for more than 5 years, why would I expect them to stop for one month? Like clock work, they come on the 14th and 15th of every month. Why would I not expect them?

Your lack of notification about the change of address, and phone number BEFORE HAND, shows an utter lack of disregard to all of your customers.

By the way, I was on hold that long, because apparently a lot of people didn't get their bills, or were they notified of the change. I almost think this is a chance for them to reap millions of $$ to boost their stock holders wallets?? I could be mistaken, I don't know, but if it smells fishy, it probably is fish.

They moved becaused they were sold

the reason why you were not notified of the move was because the company was sold. the company thought it would be best if none of the cardholders where advised of the sale. both of the sites that were located in south dakota and arizona were closed and all the employees were let go with only a very very small "goodbye" pay off. sorry for all the trouble
