Bank Of America Help Ford Motor Company STEAL money Baltimore Maryland
My son became disabled and couldn't pay for his vehicle from Ford . We turned it in, I am retired and his mom. Ford took us to court and their lawyer said he would file it as a hardship case. I go to use my account on 5/30/06 and there is NOTHING there, not in mine, my brothers (milatiry)or my grandsons account. I call BOA and was told that Ford froze any accounts that had my name on it. all 3 did, I did their banking. I stoped my Social Security check& retirement and my sons SSDI from being deposited. a 2 wks later I get a letter from BOA stating that my accounts are froze. by the 3 wk I get a letter from the court stating that my accounts were froze on 6/5/06. BOA froze my accounts without court notice. Now they are charging me fees because my balance is NOTHING. They won't cash any SSI or pension check for me all the keep telling me is to deposit them, Just because the are stupid doesn't mean I am to.
