"I opened a checking account with Bank of America against my better judgment in January 2009.." - So why did you? I am pretty sure that there are many other banks than BofA in a city the size of Oklahoma City that you could have choosen from. "Turns out, being an "at risk" customer also translates into "you do not do enough for OUR bank financially to be our customer". NEVER ONCE during the time I was a customer of BOA did I have an overdraft" - Doubtful, because a vast majority of people never overdraft and have free checking. Yet BofA is not closing out millions of these accounts are they? So there is probably more to this story. "..I will file a Small Claims suit against them." - PLEASE DO. There are so many people who say that what the banks are doing is illegal and wrong and that they will sue. But they never do..ummm. So when you do please update this post with the court docket information as well as the outcome.
