BANK OF AMERICA OVER DRAFTS!!! SAN DIEGO California
i hate bank of America they should be called thieves of America they keep charging overdrafts , i deposit a good 20thousand a month i have a small cellphone store , every night after work i go deposit my daily and the next day they get me with over drafts there ATM say cash is available right away but now they have recently posted stickers saying that cash deposit after 8pm would be available the next day... how convenient for them they still say cash available the same day . when i called them they denied refunding me some of my over drafts they said any deposit made after 5pm which is there business hours i live in Sandiego California , they are somewhere in the east coast , they have so far taken 200 dlls from me this month and i hate them i have open a new bank account this week it will be my business I'm hoping of finding some people who want to file a class act against this fools they have one of the biggest banks and are bigger thieves than the Exxon/mobile ,,,,, hate them!!!!!taking from a smaller young euntrepenuer

You say they posted the notice about the change. You can't sue when you were notified.
