Bank of America Adam Herson, Manager of BA Bank of America Showed I owed $86,828.42 after I have Short Sold my house Simi Valley, California
I lost my job due to a car accident in Dec 2005, was disabled for 4 months and decided to ask Countrywide who owned both 1st and 2nd mortgage to approve a Short Sale. The Negotiator of Countrywide Adam Herson accepted the Short Sale with a condition that the Short Sale will only be approved if the escrow closed and that there will be no deficiency judgment against us will be pursued. The escrow closed, we have a letter and copies of email flrom the Negotiator that the balance of $190,000 is cancelled. Last Year I have checked my Bank of America online and found out that Bank of America added to my account aciatn account called
Mortgage 5013 showing this balance. of $86,828.42 as owed. As of this day, this shows as owed.

type in 529757 at this site and go to 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #529757 to read the letter that was hand-written and mailed to the mainstream media in New York on 9/12/2007, okay?
The addresses to where copies of that hand-written letter were mailed are also available at this site. Just type in 271771 and go to 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #271771 to see those addresses, okay?
There were also many hand-drawn cartoons depicting all of the fraud and corruption taking place inside corporate America that were mailed to those addresses throughout 2007 and into the early part of 2008.
I now understand why the mainstream media never alerted the American people about the letter that was sent to them, which appears in 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #529757. If you 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts, you'll see that General Electric (NBC) appears in 'Chart 5'.
They obviously didn't want to expose their bosses.
It appears that the Fed also controls Twentieth Century Fox Corporation too. They appear in 'Chart 4'. And it makes sense that the Fed ultimately controls ABC and CBS. Maybe that's why so many commercials that appear on those stations are promoting PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. The Fed also controls many of the pharmaceutical companies, along with almost all of Wall Street.
They also control the U.S. government and the U.S. military, in my opinion. That's why the American people (the majority) have NO HOPE!

posted on 9-3-2007 regarding the "Collapse of the U.S. economy" and the collapse of the stock market that was available for anyone in the world to read.
*Simply 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT GM CREDIT CARD SERVICES, and go to Betty's Ripoff Report about her credit card interest rate going from 10.99% to 32.44%, and then read the '1st Update' to her Ripoff Report where that good advice appears, okay?
I believe it starts the '3rd paragraph' of that Update. Here's the first line-
Quote: "THE COLLAPSE OF THE U.S. ECONOMY IS IN ITS INFANCY." - 9/3/2007
*Keep in mind, the Dow Jones was over 13,000 points on that day and closed at its all-time high of 14,164 about 5 weeks later. On 10/9/2007 the Dow Jones closed at 14,164. (If anyone had listened to that "advice" and acted on it, they would have been pretty happy because stocks were around their all-time highs, isn't that correct?)
Just think, people who had their investments in companies like- Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Bear Stearns, Lehman, GM, Countrywide, & many others, would have been DELIGHTED to have actually cashed-in all of their stocks around that time, RIGHT?!

*Get ALL of your money OUT of any Publicly Held Bank NOW! Also cash-in ALL of your Retirement Accounts NOW! What's taking place in Greece will eventually take place in the USA, in my opinion. Since 90% of all RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS are invested in the stock market, it is logical to assume that Americans will be the BIG LOSERS again when all of the 'poop' finally hits the fan.
And consider this: If there are ever any NUCLEAR ATTACKS anywhere in the world, especially in the Mid East, it would most definitely trigger the collapse of ALL stock markets throughout the world, right? That alone would WIPE-OUT American's Retirements & Pensions that are invested in the stock market, correct?
*Anyone can 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT FUEL FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL MPG CAPS, and go to the 2001 Toyota Tacoma Ripoff Report, then to the 'Update' entitled- "Blame it on a Lawyer", which was posted on 8/21/2007, when the Dow Jones was over 13,000 points, for some EXCELLENT advice from a Harvard Business Professor. That information was from late 2004. My CEO brother in-law was in that class.

I am sure the poster appreciates all the googling you left on your response, but you failed to leave any advice or help which is what this poster requested.
Now in this case, it appears the bank is aware a correction needs to be made so the balance will show zero. The bank states this in the letter dated March 10, 2010, so apparently the bank will make good eventually. At this point it does not appear to be a ripoff, but most likely an oversight.
Being that the poster has cataracts and a plethora of other debilitating health issues, I imagine it is difficult to deal with financial issues as well. It seems however in this case, there is no conspiracy against the poster by the bank..just another mistake by the all so caring Bank.
I agree however that many bank defenders who post replies on this website feel that there is no problem if a bank makes a mistake and all the bank has to do is refund the amount of the error, but if a customer makes a mistake they deserve what they get and should pay all kinds of astronomical fees. However, nothing you posted Karl, really does a bit of good to help this poster either.
I believe the poster should call the telephone number left on the letter from the servicing team once a day if it is not too difficult due to the health issues, up until they resolve this matter and correctly post the balance as zero.
If the bank does not correct this within a reasonable time period (30 days is fair), the poster should report back and the next appropriate course of action will be recommended.

these are the people who are at the ROOT of almost all of the problems in the USA.
*You can 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT BANK OF AMERICA PAID A FRAUDULENT CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD, and there is a letter posted in the Updates section that was written and mailed to the Mainstream Media on 9-12-2007. That was over a year before the "Collapse of the U.S. economy" took place, right?
No one in the Mainstream Media alerted the American people about the 'potential' of it happening, correct? WHY? Because the 'big-shots' in the media, the 'big-shots' at the banks, & the 'big-shots' at many of the publicly held corporations were all part of the PROBLEMS that eventually caused "THE COLLAPSE OF THE U.S. ECONOMY", in my opinion.
Don't ever trust anyone in any position of power in this country again! (If they're not CORRUPT, you can be sure that they're PROTECTING the CORRUPT people who are in charge.)
I believe that the worst is yet to come. Make sure to 'Google' all of the following and watch them on the web for PROOF that the USA is a corrupt country, being controlled by some of the most CORRUPT people one could ever imagine-
