Barclays Construction - Arnott Anthony Barclay Deposit money for home buiding has been taken, but did not do any work. Austin Texas
Arnott Anthony Barclay is the owner of Barclays Construction LLC. The individual has entered the contract to build my home. The deposit of $50,000.00 has been made but did not do any work. Despite repeated requests by me and many broken promises by Barclays construction LLS, including not making payment for a "hot" check that Barclay Construction tendered to my architect. Barclays Construction LLC totally failed to perform his obligations under the contract. My demand the return of deposit money has been ignored.
