My Cousin who has been in my care has a Trust this Trust was taken upon resignation of one of the co trustees
and give to a CPA firm who has since last July taken 22,000 dollars from his trust fund plus 2,000 and 6,000 and his trust is only 42,000 from about 90,000 and he only gets half at age 25 and the other half at thirty.
How much will he have at 25 he is only 18yrs now. They also took 12,000 from six other of the beneficiaries and another 22,000 from another since july 2004 for a total of 126,000 just to administrate his trust and that is not all they have taken for there fees so what is going to be left for him at this rate of the fees that are required.
My Aunt His grandmother went to an attorney John Rogers Burke to have her trust written and recomended she put Bruce Stevenson of the cpa firm as the trustee third in line to take over if one or more trustees could not fullfil there duty.
They try to bribe the Benes into doing and signing documents in for them to recieve any money from there trusts. It's a matter of you do this in order to get this. They say ther are doing what the trust terms require Bull they use the terms to manipulate and make people have to beg for what should be theres while they
rake in the dough with fees. My cousin saked for 1500.00 for the Holidays and he has never asked for anything and they said that and they sent him 500.00 he had 93.000 which is now 42,000 mind you he lives with me and they send 600.00 a month for since july but he has been with me for 3 yrs growing kids wants need eat that up in clothes food extra utility bills ETC.
so what will he have left when 126,000 for one account at this firm in a year and a half is not to much and 1500.00 is to much and it's his own money. Can you help me get them where it hurts
