On 08.01.2017 I placed an order for a Samsung GT-P8110 Tablet battery.  The cost of the item was $52.69 + shipping cost with tracking code $3.99, Grand Total $56.68.  My account was debited $77.52 on 11.01.2017 by battery bay, HK.  Expected delivery was between 4 - 12 days.

Despite their 'satisfaction guarantee' and their assurance of a 24 hour response to questions, I have received no response to 4 attempts to obtain a tracking code via their sites online form, an attempt to obtain a tracking code via their customer service, and 2 attempts to obtain a tracking code and information about the extra monies deducted from my account from their sales department.

Not suprisingly I have not received the battery by the expected delivery time.  Interestingly I did receive a bogus email from a Patricia, supposedly from Australia Post, with tracking code information for an unable to be delivered package.  When I clicked to get the code, I received a severe Trojan virus instead.  This may not have been connected to battery bay, however this is quite a coincidence.

My unfortunate dealings with battery bay have lead to my initiating a transaction dispute through my bank and having to cancel and replace my mastercard.  

I would never have dealings with this battery bay rip off organisation and would never recommend it to anyone.
