Baylor Zakowski and Associates Investigator Ebony JohnsonRonald TaylorJoe Zakowski We received a letter of confirmation from a company stating they were a Fraud Division. A woman by the name of Investigator Ebony Johnson 773-770-4981 kept calling us as of 07/10/2013 to collect this debt. My husband was threatened with a warrant that will be filled if we did not make payment of $290.00 on 07/11/2013, which we did. We were advised to go to Walgreens to purchase a Netspend Reload Pack Card for the amount of $290.00 for a 50% settlement agreement. Marietta Georgia
Also called the number 770-805-0710 x109 which is for Ronald Taylor and have not gotten a response since they took our funds. Please see attached document. The address I was supplied was: 2480 Windy Hill Rd SE Marietta, GA 30067 Once checked that address, called owner of building whom was leasing the unit to that company and we were advised the company moved over a year ago and is no longer leasing that space. The email came in the name of Joe Zakowski but was signed by Ronald Taylor. None of this information or names can be verified. Upon investigation, we got so far that Ebony Johnson line is Chicago, Illinois and Ronald Taylor is Smyrna,Georgia. once checked the address they gave us in marietta, georgia, we called the building owner that they leased from and found out that they moved from that given address over a year ago. the email letter confirmation came in the name of joe zakowski but was signed by ronald taylor. the whole time the only contact we had was with ebony johnson. none of the information they supplied could be verified. upon doing our own investigation, we got so far that ebony johnson line is chicago, illnois and ronald taylor is in smyrna, georgia.
none of the phone lines announce itself as the name baylor zakowski and associates they claim to call from. they just stated they were representing the original creditor united holdings. when we called netspend to get assistance about the possible fraud, they were very nasty and rude. the impression i got is that they specialize in covering criminal activity in the name of making a buck.
what they do is tell you to get a netspend reload pack card and the scratch off the back and give them the numbers. this information is then used in turn to put money on a netspend account or debit card that they would have. netspend reload cards are scam artist and criminals best friend. how do i get my funds back?

It is gone - you got scammed period. There was no warrant or lawsuit. These are scammers who prey on people to get money that is not owed. Sorry but you got screwed.
