For the last few month this company constantly been delayed with orders which been paid. They have sent them only after few 'harsh' e-mail reminders and numerous phone calls and phone messages from me.

The last order I've placed on 27 February 2009 (3 weeks ago) have never been send again, and all my contacts were ignored.

After phone conversation last week with Customer Service rep of the company, I was assured, that the company manager will call me back to sort out the problem - but he/she never did.

On March, 15, 2009 (4 days after the phone conversation) I've sent them email:

Hello

After numerous e-mails and phone call asking to ship my order, which paid on February 27, 2009 (3 weeks ago), I still didn't receive it.

All possible deadline for my business to sell items from this order already passed and these items no longer in need.

I'm insisting to cancel this order and to pay FULL refund back on my PayPal account.

If I will not receive full refund in next 72 hours, I will presume that you never intended to complete and ship my order and will contact legal authorities of USA to take legal actions against your company.

Its the worst experience I've ever had!

I also will place oficial complain to the Internet authorities regarding your aweful service and neglecting your customers.

and today, March 17, 2009 I've received this reply (below):

Dear Ms. .........,

I am very sorry that you are having problem with your order. I am afraid since we took over this website on Marh 05, 2009 we have had a few complains about the orders people placed and/or did not recieve. According to our contract with the previous owner, any order prior the wbsite transfer will be sole responsibility of the previos owner. I believe the best way to handle for your credit is to contact paypal and request to reverse the charges due to order cancellation. For some reason the previous owners mishandeled the site and did not take care of the merchandises either. Those must have been the reasons the site was sold. We have been in business for 15 years and we carry three different sites in junior and plus sizes. If you need further information about the previous owner please let me know. To compensate for your problems and possible loss I am happy to provide you with 10% discount on your next order. I hope we can do business in near future.

My understanding, the company is not intends to refund my order, which is costs me nearly $500 NZD, and forces me to deal this problem with the 3rd party - PayPal, who can't do much in this case, but simply to send REQUEST MONEY email to the company, but not to force them to refund it.

I URGENTLY require Legal Help.
