beadsbyaree Areeayl Goodwin Business waits until paypal payment clears, so merchandise is not shipped until one month after initial purchase. They do no insure delivery of items although they insure the package. When theft occurs they refuse to refund or resend items purchased that are well over $100 Brooklyn New York
I purchased three pieces from beadsbyaree.com, mid September of this year. I recieved and email saying my pieces will take a week or so to make. I waited patiently for a month, before contacting the business. The owner said that my items had been shipped, but did not provide a tracking number and mentioned something about her shipper.
The content of the package were sent through priority mail and were insured.
Because the sender did not require, a signature upon delivery, my items were stolen and the sender refuses to issue a refund.
Had the sender shipped my items in a timely manner I would have ordered pay pal to withhold the funds from her, upon the theft of the items. THis business has a track record of not doing its due diligence to ensure packages are delivered to their customers. The BBB currently has three open complaints on this business.
I would like a full refund.
