Beaterwear Ski Apparel Ripoff Nonresponsive unable to contact Grawn Michigan
I ordered two pairs of Beaterwear ski pants from this companys' website. Order was filled and shipped to my home, however ski pants were wrong size. Followed Beaterwear's return policy, items were shipped Fedex and signed for by a person named DBARRETT. Company has not refunded money ($198.00), does not answer e-mails, and does not have an operating telephone number. My research reveals that complaints have been filed with the BBB by other indivduals for the same issue.
What a scam, sell items at the wrong size, promote a liberal return policy and never respond to the customer. I wonder how many times this outfit has gotten away with this?
Company claims to be located in Seattle and Chicago, but if you search for this company in either city, they don't exist.
