Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Edens Garden Dazzle Beauty Skin Care Tan Solution Duped by Joanna Gaines Skin Care Anti-Aging Creme Products North Las Vegas Nevada
On June 14, 2017, I saw a fake news story ad about Joanna Gaines just leaving HGTV "Fixer Upper" to launch a skin care company. Her company is offering a free sample and all you have to do is pay for the Shipping and Handling of $4.95 by credit card. No where on the ordering form (below) does it say you would be charge $99.95 every other month for a .5oz Beaute Wrinkle Reducer product which is non-refundable. Since we both like Joanna Gaines as a TV personality, I ordered a sample for my wife by filling out an online form like the one below. I called to cancel the subscription as soon as I received the first shipment in August on which I was charged $99.95 on my credit card realizing I've been scammed. The agent told me they would cancel the subscription but the $99.95 is not refundable. I was furious knowing I've been scamed but accepted it as a life lesson learned. Today on Oct 9, my wife received another shipment of the 0.5oz Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and saw that I've been charged $99.95 AGAIN on my credit card. I called again to cancel my subscription and to receive a full refund because I've called 2 months ago to cancel. The agent said he does not see a record of me calling to cancel subscription before but will cancel the subscription after I yelled repetitively at him. Again, he said the shipment was not refundable. I was beside myself. Now I know that I'll have to call my bank to cancel my credit card so I won't be charged again. Calling in to cancel the subscription does no good. I know I've been scammed because the product arrives in a non-descript plain yellow manila pouch with no company name so you don't know who sent it. Each time my credit card was charged, the name of the company and phone number is very different each time. Only the $99.95 charge amount is the same. Today, when I searched online for the fake news story ad about Joanna Gaines leaving HGTV "Fixer Upper" to start a skin care company, the story had today's Oct 9, 2017 date. Obviously fake! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM, ORDER A SAMPLE OR YOU'LL BE RIPPED OFF AND TRULY SORRY. If Joanna Gaines is behind this scam, she ought to be ashamed, prosecuted and put in jail!
