On Feb. 1st, 2017 I ordered the free sample of beauty wrinkle reducer for $4.95. On Feb.15th ,2017 the company took an additional $99.00 out of my account after I had cancelled the subscription within 14 days. I sent the product back with a tracking number and the company received it on March 3rd. I have called six(6) times talking to different customer service reps. including a supervisor who advised me on the last call,that I would have my refund credited to my account by April 3rd, 2017 and still have not received my credit. In calling today,they are no longer answering,just a recording stating there is no one available,call back later.
