Beaverfloor Neal Martin Ripoff, a synical deceitful, liar, thief, embezzler, fraud, crook, swindler, It has been almost a year later and the promises and lies has continued Internet
Please stop this shameless thief from swindling people out of their hard earned money.
In August 2002, my husband placed an order of Jatoba flooring wood from Beaverfloor, per Neal Martin, our order was supposed to be delivered in two to four weeks to our home. After one year of constant sending and receiving email and phones calls from Mr. Martin owner of Beaverfloor. We were informed by Beaverfloor they did not have the wood we ordered, and suggested we choose a different type of wood which we did.
We ended up ordering wood of lesser quality and price. Due to difference in price we requested a refund. Mr. Martin told us that we had a refund of $1,500.00 which we still have not received. In February of 2003, we finally received our first shipment of wood.
In apprehension of not receiving the refund I went ahead and placed another order for $1,500.00 worth of wood. In the middle of 2003, Mr. Martin called and emailed me stating my shipment was ready to be sent. It has been almost a year later and the promises and lies has continued. I have not received my second order of wood and now Mr. Martin is avoiding my attemps to make contact with him. I have phoned and emailed Beaverfloor regarding my second order and have not received a reply.
In conclusion, I have written an approximate and detailed report on just how this swindler opperates. Phone calls and emails have been sent to Beaverfloor regarding my shipment. Beaverfloor continues to circumvent around the situation. I feel I have been decieved and continualy lied to. Neal Martin and his company Beaverfloor has yet to comply with the order I placed.
