Becky Ann Capetillo was born on August 11, 1973 and currently lives at 4501 Las Haciendas Dr in Dallas. She was once married to Lambert Capetillo Jr.
On December 23, 1991, she was arrested by Garland police and charged with misdemeanor theft (>$200) which is a Class A misdemeanor. That charge was dismissed (via deferred adjudicaton) as a result of completing community supervision and paying a fine as this was her first offense.
On March 30, 1995, she was arrested again by Dallas police and charged with misdemeanor theft (>$20) which is a Class B misdemeanor. Since this is her second theft offense, she pleaded guilty to this misdemeanor, paid a fine, and served some jail time.
On April 3, 2002; she was arrested by Dallas police and charged with felony possession of marijuana which is a state jail felony. She pleaded guilty to this charge, paid a fine, and served 3 months in jail.
On October 20, 2005 she was arrested by Grand Prairie police and charged with sexual assault on a child which is a 3rd degree felony. She pleaded guilty to this charge, paid a fine, and served 1 year in prison. She is now a registered sex offender.
Ms. Capetillo comes from a family of criminals where her ex-husband has AT LEAST one count of felony assault, multiple counts of misdemeanor assault, one count of misdemeanor theft, and one count of misdemeanor burglary of a habitation.
Ms. Capetillo is a known drug user, thief, and a sex offender. Do not hire her nor be associated with her. Her criminal past clearly demonstrates that she has questionable integrity.

These are all grounds for a lawsuit if the person named in this report can prove that this report was posted with Malicious Intent.
Just a word of advice from a retired former Dallas County Prosecutor,
In Texas this is a criminal offense. Not only can Ms. Winn Capetillo pursue a civil claim against you, but if she can prove you are purposely and with malicious intent, posting false allegations for the sole purpose of harassment, she could also report this matter to her local police department to pursue potential criminal prosecution. And just in case you are not aware, anything that is posted from a computer is always 100 percent traceable.
Ms. Winn Capetillo, my advice to you would be to contact your local police department and file a report. Additionally, you should consider a Libel Civil lawsuit against the sender or author of this post. You are within your legal rights to file a police report for the purpose of filing criminal charges, or at a minimum, at least to document what is happening. If you continue to be harassed you should definitely contact an attorney who specializes in Intentional Torts, and Libel civil lawsuits.
I don't usually respond to these things as a lawyer, but as a fellow human. Regardless of its legality, the things that are being alleged in this case, given the nature of the charges, are downright vicious. And could the poster be liable for slander and prosecuted? My professional opinion, I'd say yes. Seek legal assistance.

Becky. You just advertently admitted to the entire world that the people here are your kids and that the address is true on this is a report.
I did a background check as you requested with Dallas county criminal records search, and it shows that there IS a Becky Ann (Winn) Capetillo who was arrested on December 23, 1991. She has the same date of birth as you do. She was arrested for misdemeanor theft Class A for at least $200 or more.
What were you stealing, Becky? Were you shoplifting 2 days before Christmas after you came up short on money? Did you spend time in county jail on Christmas day? You're quite the character. You have some nerve calling yourself a paralegal. No law firm executive will hire a thief once they run a background check out you.
Look who is the fraudulent person now? Noone is going to believe you now that you lied about the allegations in this report.
To potential employers who are reading this report about Becky Ann Winn or Becky Ann Capetillo, just follow the link and type in her name. You will see that she DOES, in fact, have a crimnal record, and she is emphatically denying the allegations in this report that she is not a thieft.

This report contains fraudulent and false information about myself and my family and should be removed from this site!
I am demanding that the author of this post provide proof of the allegations in this report! This report is a hoax and was generated by someone out of spite for the purpose of tarnishing my reputation and the reputation of my kids!
Anyone wanting to run a background check on me is more then welcome to do so using any Credible Background Check Website. This report is nothing more then a cyber-bullys attemt to damage my reputation!
Please disregard any of the information posted on this site regarding myself and my family. Im requesting that anyone needing to obtain information on myself do so,by running your own criminal background check using the site of your choice. This will help me prove there is NoTruth to these statements!
