I ordered the Ab Energizer via phone on 11/01/01 and was told delivery would be 2-4 weeks. On 12/20/02 I was told after waiting for 48 minutes on the phone the order was shipped on 12/17/01.

On 01/20/02 I again waited 31 minutes (I had called several times prior but received busy or a wait time longer than 20 minutes and I chad to hang up)

I spoke to a gentleman who told me to send a fax to them cancelling my order and to then proceed to my local Walmart where the Ab Energizer is in stock. I sent the fax and cancelled the order but have not received a credit on my Credit card. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and explained the situation. (waiting for response)

The Ab energizer (I purchased from Walmart) works well but none of the acessory items are available. I am now returnning the unit to Walmart and washing my hands of this LYING RIP OFF COMPANY..
