Bella Restore refused to refund return & stop shipping & kept charging & sending products Orlando Florida
I refused delivery of their product, after I requested they STOP shipping, I wrote a note & took it down to the PO myself, have photos of it being taken by PO Clerk IN the PO. They still shipped a new box, plus tried to refuse to refund the return, saying it did NOT arrive! REALLY - IF you believe that one, I've got a couple of bridges to sell you! After insisting & giving them a choice of refund or paying for my lawyer - to which clerk Amanda said go ahead, I then said I'm calling my credit card company to make complaint. She then 'consulted with her team lead' & said I'd get refund, plus she sent a label for this newer unwanted product box. The 'invoice' has NO Return address, nor phone number, I had to hunt it down! It's ridiculously expensive for product that caused my skin to become irritated & itchy!
