I have already made a Restitution to this check with the District Attorney's Office in San Diego, California, since I did not receive any letter from the Vendor. I am a community leader, who made a mistake and corrected the mistake. My reputation supersedes me of who I am in my community and in my church where I am a Member for over 21 years now. For your information, the current officers were inducted to office on June 17, 2006. Dear Tsutomu, Thanks for your good faith posting! The above mentioned person seems to be the same person that is active in a church and does fundraisings and an event coordinator/ adviser for a Filipino community, Not for Profit organization in Houston, Texas. Having my own business , I will definitely avoid this person, nor deal with her. It is scary that she is handling fundraisers :). I hope that you get resolution to Your dilemma. One suggestion that may be helpful is for you to file a complaint against her through the district attorney's office, here in Houston Texas. It's not the money really but it's the principle.
