"Unlike Corporate America" This company does not come close to a corporate America company. From what I have read by some of the employees is true. I'm not going to get into a long story but I worked for the company in the Miami area as their Huaman Resources Manager. I was fired becuase I questioned Kim thinking. She turned around and said I was fired becuase she had heard I was selling drugs to employees. Anyone from the company that knows me knows better. She has some real issues. I always thought she had a drug problem. If the board had any brains they would have gotten rid of her long time ago. She is a disaster wainting to happen mark my words. I anyone wants my thoughts you can reach me at (((REDACTED))).

Here is another side of the story (from someone who was never fired and remains in the mix of it all, everyday): 1- The company has excellent perks and is unlike corporate America that lacks ethics (like the giant Wall*Mart with no benefits for health, etc.). Thank God for the Svendsen family not selling for the last 57 years, because those that have been fired might still be around, and there might not be such an opportunity to learn about every large industry and travel around the world without having to worry about the economic crisis our entire world is in! By the way, Belzona is a multinational group of companies that deals with hundreds of independent Distributors and Consultants, but only your three posts stand to question the operations in one of the half-dozen companies the family runs. That is right, they run it all. No corporate America garbage here, only a successful family-run business for longer than you have been alive, yet only you have attacks for the workers and owners here. 2- These three reports are a hoax and deserve less than 10 minutes on a poor radio show may be, but not to be displayed in a consumer reporting website post with the names of our coworkers flagged. The authors of these reports (maybe just one person with a serious personality disorder) are sour and cannot produce any evidence of what they mention. CONSIDER THIS A CHALLANGE... produce evidence of your story. I can certainly produce documents to show that everyone in every Belzona company is paid without fail and receives adequate compensation (which is more than can be said for the performance of most of those that were fired anyhow). One day, you may be blessed to have the opportunity to run a business. For the sake of your employees and their families I pray it be successful and without the troubles you have imagined here. Maybe then, your words will have some substance for consumers. At the moment, perhaps counseling or therapy might be in order for you now. 3- Feel free to forward information to us directly. You know who we are, where we are, and what we do every day. No one really knows which one of those fired you might be, but form the range of dates on these 3 reports and the lacking language skills, it is easy to narrow this down quite well. Our attorneys will then review the information you might have and consider a compromise wherever there is need for it. We are ready to overcome whatever shortcoming there might be, but please address each attack you delivered in each report specifically without cowering away and how you would want the change/revolution you seek. Also, please consider before the change you ask for can take place, random attacks on the people that work there and these public posts do not help anyone fix the situation. It is just childish ranting, really. Just asking for a stray bullet to make your sick dream come true is not good enough (these silly ideas are what get people fired in the real business world). So, if you want change, we are ready to work on it! Are you? Anxiously awaiting some sound thoughts,

BELZONA REBUTTAL I do not work for Belzona as an employee but have distributed their products for many years. I personally know these individuals, who are being lambasted and can write with some perspective of the greater truth. I am not some close friend, but I do personally know and respect these persons. I maintain an ongoing business relationship with them and the company, which have always been satisfactory. I do not think there is much factual reliability from someone who writes a scathing editorial about how terrible other people are and hides behind an alias. This coward deserves no creditability. There are three rip-off report entries, which all seem to be written by the same person but coming from three different states under three different aliases. The nameless author(s) who have written their version of reality obviously has an ax to grind. In my opinion, the author(s) account is inflated bogus non-sense and rumor on a par with "The Jerry Springer Show". To me, this looks like a case of someone who was fired and now blaming others for THEIR lot in life. Another instance of lack of personal accountability to one's self - for their current situation. This is called THE OTHERS DID IT TO ME syndrome. These three entries into the rip-off report, in my opinion these seem a lot like angry ravings from a disgruntled ex-employee.
