Received several unsolicited emails from Bill Ford/ Ben Ford/ homemadeenergy.org/ magnetenergy.org, selling blueprints and instructions on how to build a magnetic generator at home to reduce energy costs and become more energy self-sufficient.

After visiting website, on 11/29/09 ordered the product online for $42.30. Received a receipt of payment from a company named Plimus who handled the order, as well as an email from magnetenergy.org confirming the order, saying that licensing (download) information would be sent within 48 hrs, and giving a contact email address.

Three days later still hadn't received anything. Checked spam folder. Emailed twice during the following 2 days requesting the status of the order, with no response. Emailed two more times, and both messages were bounced back by the server. Tried to access the website where purchase was made, but it no longer exists.

As of today (12/08/09), homemadeenergy.org is still up, but probably not for long. Sent an email to the contact address listed on the site.
