You cant blame those actions on the employees. The employees are only following company guidelines. You can do a search on Beneficial/Household and you can see that back then in 2003 they were nothing but loan sharks until the state of GA made them come into compliance. You should have probably asked them why did the employee Therron leave. I have worked there before, and I am telling you they forced you to do those things and if you didn't then you can either quit or get fired. Now that branch is probably talking in circles which lets you know how that company operates.
