I am not a lawyer, but - think on this. Can you sign yourself into slavery? No, liberty is garunteed. Can you sign a document authorizing someone to kill you if you do not do something? You have a right to life. Murder is murder. Hmm... Can you sign away your right to a jury? Looks like it's one of those rights too :) "...the right to a trial by jury shall remain inviolate..." If I were you, I would take them to court. Or... try arbitration if you want. If possible, arbitrate with someone of your choosing. Carefully select them. Arbitration clauses, in my opinion, are merely scare tactics for the uninformed. You are a natural person. You are not a corporation. You have inalienable rights. Inalienable means: You CAN NOT sign them away. They CAN NOT be lawfully deprived. Good luck.
