Benjie's Property Management Benjie Norman Hired to replace roof on house took big deposit never heard from him again. won't return phone calls Conway -or Loris South Carolina
Hired Benjie's management company to replace the roof on my house. a neighbor also hired him to replace her roof on her house as herricane Matthew damaged them. ben took our deposits which were big said he would order materials would take two weeks. he kept making excuses why it would take longer. months went by I asked for my money back. kept trying to get a hold of him he would never return my phone calls. he also never answers his phone you always have to leave a message. never heard from him again. Filed a police report with the Horry county Police dept. They don't seem to care. Kept calling them to check what was being done all I got was a run around. Finally got to talk to a sargent he said he would get a photo of ben and stop by so I could idenify him. the police sargent never called or showed up. this was the horry county police located in Little River SC. This has been going on since March 2017. be careful Ben says he is licensed and insured. found out he's neither Be careful he could be in FLA his family ownes property down there. If the police would issue a warrent for him he would be charged with FRAUD and THEFT. Also my neighbor and I paid him cash. Learned from that mistake.
