Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My problem is that this truck obviously is not able to be fixed.  Benson was not able to solve the problem, they told me to contact Chrysler.  Chrysler told us to take the truck to Big O Dodge.  Both of the dealers have had this issue of the truck not starting on them while in their possession. And they are clueless on how to resolve getting this truck to work.  Since Big O was not able to fix the problem, they called in an expert from Chrysler, and he has thrown up his hands.  As of right now, the truck is sitting at Big O, and they can't give me an answer on anything.  I have been paying on a new truck that has been unreliable, and I can not use. I want someone to admit that they can't fix it, it's under warranty still...I would just like a new truck to drive. It's been in the shop 14 times since 11-23-12/ a total of 44 days that I have not been able to use the truck.  Not happy !

Since I have posted this review, and sent several letters to Chrysler, and the dealership, I now have a new truck !

I didn't see this happening, but later that evening after I posted everything, I got a call from the dealership wanting to make this all go away.  We negociated for a little while, because I really thought that I shouldn't be out anymore time and $$.  We made a deal on a new 2013 Dodge Ram 1500,  $10.00 more a month, and he threw  in some accessories.  I'm ok with this, the truck is newer, and it looks great ! plus, so far it starts..haha

By the way..I went to get my things out of the damaged truck and was horrified to see that everything in the dash board was dismateled, and everywhere--that truck would never be the same again. so I'm glad that I made my deal--I also found out that, this particular model (the 2012 Dodge Ram 1500) has been having trouble with the inginiation switch..the details are not important, but Chrysler knows about this problem and isn't admitting to this (to us), but I found out that the dealers are aware of the problem...I just wish they would have jumped on helping me sooner, then waiting for me to get angry about this. ...

Anyway--thanks for letting me vent !!

You may be able to find relief on your situation by researching your states individual Lemon Law. It will depend on when you first purchased your vehicle. Many companies have policies that demand that ALL available channels be used to repair a vehicle before a full swap happends. Sometimes you just have to wait for the giant corporations to come to the same conclusion as you have. BUT they must do thier job first. Its even in your warrenty paperwork so just try and be patient.
