Beretta USA Corp. Beretta USABeretta Refused to Honor Rebbate Accokeek Maryland
I bought 2 Beretta pistols and they refused to send me both of my rebates. I have been contacting them weekly by e-mails and they refuse to answer my requests. I have called customer service at Beretta and I am told that it was my problem and I am not going to get the rebate. I believe the company is wrong by refusing to honor the rebates that they advertise. Below is a summary of what happened:
SUMMARY
I bought two Beretta pistols but only received the rebate for one.
I contacted Beretta multiple times and was called by the Beretta rebate center multiple times saying that the rebate was going to be sent.
Eventually Beretta rebate center told me to call visa to make a claim. (Rebates are issued through a visa card for the amount of the rebate.) I called them but they stated that they did send me one rebate card and it was used. The rebate center never sent me two visa cards. I only received one rebate card for one of the two pistols that I purchased.
I called Beretta rebate center again and they stated that Beretta customer support only sent them one claim and they could only issue one rebate card. I was sent back and forth between Beretta customer service and phone calls from the Beretta rebate center. The last time I called them they told me not to call them anymore since they do not work for Beretta, and Beretta only told him to send me one rebate card.
I have been contacting Beretta through e-mails and phone calls but they refused to help me. I have called customer service at Beretta and I was told that it was my problem and I was not going to get the rebate. I believe the company is wrong by refusing to honor the rebates that they advertise.
I think part of the confusion is that when Beretta customer service looks into this matter, the Beretta rebate center says a rebate was mailed to me. Unfortunately, this was only for one of the two pistols that I purchased.
I purchased the PX4 storm 9 mm in full-size and then one in compact size.
Nevertheless, it is wrong for a large company such as the Beretta to refuse to honor their rebates.
