Berkeley Nutraceuticals ripoff, free 7 day sample of altovis, no questions asked return policy Cincinnati Ohio
I went to the website for a free 7 day sample of altovis.it stated 7 day sample for $4.99 s&h. i filled in the order information including credit card info.I did not get a verification of charges and could not do a printout as with a reputable company.after the order went in i did not know about the managed care direct program till i was billed $70.00. i went back to the website and only after you signed up for the free sample and it went in, and you had to scroll down to find it, was the statement that you were enrolled in the managed care direct.also got contradictory statements about refunds.complained to the BBB and attourney general. berkeley said everthing was clearly disclosed on website. also said since products were ingestible, that they could not grant credits or refunds due to safety concerns.i have returned ingestibles to other legitimate companies with no problems.
