Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals RIPOFF Dishonest and Fraudulent Billing Cincinnati Ohio
After calling to try a sample of Alvimil, it turned into a nighmare of repeated credit card charges even after canceling the membership I never started and being refunded after the first 60 day supply.
Thought everything was ok until 60 days later, charged another $70 for another 60 days. Called them and they said sorry must have been a system error but will not refund my money until they get back the 60 day supply that should have never been sent.
Now it has been a month still it was mailed back and no refund and they state they never received it. Between this and the BBB, I hope I get my refund and the the company is investigated.
MAYBE they are just another ENRON involved in the pill game.
