Berkeley ripoff Fraud scam took money out of account 300.00 after getting confirmation number Cincinnati Ohio
I too was deceived and ripped off by berkeley. I saw a commercial on tv that said I could get a free 30 day supply of a product I was interested in a suplement for energy called altovis. They ask for my card number only to pay for shipping fees.
Many days later I recieved one package of a different item I did no order a male enhancer and I am a woman. A few days later vitamins I did not order , a few days later meta trim , then altovis, and it took over 8 days for all these to come.
I was very worried especially when I read the fine print about cancelling or they would ship more in 30 day. I went to the web site and cancelled. I then saw negative comments and complaints. So the next working day I called and cancelled over the phone and even received a confirmation number. I thought all was fine.
In the span of time I took some product into my doctor and he told me not to take it. Just 2 days ago my checking account was in the erears and check bouncing they traced it to berkeley taken aprox 300.00 at one time for 3 month of product have not recieved. Tried to stop it by calling they were rude I said will refuse the product when it arrive and they stated that they were not equiped to handle return and would not refund my money in full.
Here's what I found to help you you can request your bank to do a reversal ach credit. There are several class action law suits going aginst them. Go to ripoffreport.com and keep calling them every day until you get results. I was offered 30.00 refund. I said I would not settle for it give me the 30.00 but I want the rest and does anyone know if I can refuse the delivery or send it back I found on their web site or on that sells their products it's possible but you lose big and it probably is if you ordered it from the site I am no sure. Go to the media let's be heard everyone keep up the presure I am broke and on disability with no money the rest of the month because of them. shame!
