But she, as usual, seems to be blaming me and my husband for her problems. I wish I HAD been the one to write this article. If it had been me though, I would have included ALL of the information that I know about her. And I know plenty! This rebuttal of hers was brought to my attention by Jackie herself in an email where she has threatened to sue me for slander! I think that's more than the pot calling the kettle black! Which is the ONLY reason I am bothering with a response to this. I won't make any comments concerning the ownership of the property in question. Because unlike Jackie, I will not spout off on things that I don't have enough knowledge about. The current information I have from the mortage company is they have ownership of the property in question, not Jackie. Although, I will concede that this is heresay from the mortage company at this point. I will however, make a comment regarding the insinuation that I have stripped this home of anything. The house in question here is an unfinished home that was purchased unfinished and remained that way. Therefore, there was nothing in this home to "strip". And I find it hard to believe that anyone in this neighborhood would be willing to lie for this woman and claim that they saw me strip that home of anything. Because that is what it would be ... a lie. As far as the closing of my business, it was done for personal reasons regarding health. Jackie was even told about a CAT-Scan that I needed to have done to determine ovarian cancer. Thankfully, after two weeks of waiting, the CAT-Scan did rule out cancer, but I am having a very hard time accepting that Jackie would hate me this much, and be that insensative and hurtful as to make up her own reasons about the closing of my business. This rebuttal on my part is not slander in any way. It was a rebuttal to the lies that Jackie wrote about me and my husband. Yet, I'm the one being threatened with a lawsuit for slander! Does this make sense to anyone else out there except Jackie? As far as her lawyer calling me, she has informed me over the past several weeks that he will be calling me and that call has yet to happen. I am patiently awaiting a call from her lawyer as I have some comments myself to make to this lawyer regarding his "client" behavior. As far as her being upset about seeing an article of this kind printed about her on the Internet for billions of people to see, I can fully understand why she would be upset about that considering she has just done that to me. I would respectfuly point out though, that before she starts pointing the finger at anybody, that she needs to do some further investigations as I am regretfully not the author of that article.

WELL THE ONLY INFORMATION MY EX NEIGHBOR HAD CORRECT WAS MY NAME!!! I DID MOVE ON HALLOWEEN, AND WAS NOT EVICTED FROM MY RESIDENCE,AND AS OF TODAY AM THE RIGHTFULL OWNER! NOW KATHY AND DOUG ROBERTS FORGOT TO SAY IS THAT THEY CALLED MY MORTGAGE CO, AND TOLD THEM THAT I ABANDONDED MY HOUSE, SO THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO POST MY HOUSE! WHICH DID INDEED LEAVE MY
TENANT WITH NO PLACE TO LIVE, HIS MONEY WAS RETURNED, AND IS WAITING TILL MY LAWYER MICHAEL WALKER IN HOUSTON, TO CLEAR EVERYTHING THAT MY NEIGHBORS HAVE CAUSED,,,

AlSO AN IMPORTANT NOTE HERE,,,KATHY AND DOUG ROBERTS WERE INDEED IN MY HOME SEEN EMPTY ALL THE CONTENTS FROM IT,,SO THEY WERE INDEED THE ONES WHO HAD STRIPPED THE HOME!!

ALSO THEY HAVE TOLD EVERYONE ON HOW NOW THEY OWN THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION,,AS FAR AS MY BUSSINESS IS CONCERNED , ALL MY CLIENTS ARE VERY HAPPY WITH MY WORK,, UNLIKE KATHY AND DOUG ROBERTS BUSSINESS WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BY THE FIRST OF THE MONTH , DUE TO THEY COULDNT PAY THERE RENT AND WERE BEHIND!!!
