I previously had attempted to do business with Best Buy Golf Supply. The owner is completely missing the point here. The one common theme in all of the complaint is a lack of communication. In my attempting dealings with them last year numerous phone calls and emails went unreturned. If there are problems with filling orders, it is the company's responsibility to communicate this to the customer. This company simply does not get it.

All our products come from overseas. If our factory is out of stock or behind in production we can not control that. We have "never" charged a customers credit card without sending them the product they ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience and try to meet every customers needs. We do sell a lot of equipment and we will run out of stock occasinally on certain products because of the demand. Thank you
