We purchased 3 plasma Tv's (over 12,000) in 06/06 for our new home, we received 40,000 points. This is equal to $400.00. Supposedly during the move the certificates were emailed, I never received them, then requested them to be mailed, never received them. Now you can print your own on line directly from your account, we took them to Best Buy, attempted to make our purchases, to find out the certificates were canceled. When we attempted to purchase at the Joplin store and were told the certificates were no good, we were told by management we are the only people who have ever had problems with reward zone. I have called so many times, and get overseas employees, who will not transfer me to a supervisor. They fail to follow through in getting the certificates valid so we can use them. I am at my wits end. We contacted Customer Service at Best BUy and they filed a report, but bascially told us nothing will come of it.

Contact the Corporate offices Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY) 7601 Penn Ave. South Richfield, MN 55423 Phone: 612-291-1000 Fax: 612-292-4001 Ask For Brian J. Dunn's office Best Buy has a tradition of providing false information in order to back out of their commitments on Reward Zone Certificates, 30-price guarantee, return policy etc. After you attempt to resolve this with the corporate office, you might want to consider shopping somewhere else, like I have.
