On 26 May 2002, I bought two cellular phones from Best Buy, Sprint Model LG TP5250. When I bought the phones, the Clerk told me that there was a 70 dollar rebate for each phone, and also recommend that I get the repair / replacement extended warranty, which I done. She stated that she recommended the extended warranty because "Sometimes the Screen may get broken or scratched", and "You just bring it in and we'll repair or replace it".

I took her word for it and took the phones to checkout counter. The clerk rang up the merchandise and said oh! you get rebates, 70 dollars on each phone, which is also what the sales clerk at the phone counter said. Based on this the listed price of $99.92 seemed easier o take, so I bought thew phones. To my surprise the rebate was limited to one phone per household when I got home and read the receipts. (This was not pointed out by the sales clerks).

Thirty days later, I was going to call my wife, and I noticed the screen on my phone was all black, I said "No Problem", that's why I bought the repair/replace extended warranty. I ran in to walls when I went to Best Buy, The would not repair or replace, and would not tell me how to get it fixed. Theyt Only said that I had to buy a new Phone.

I spent alot at Best Buy, but will never spend another penny there. I am going to spread the word, no matter how long it takes. I served My country for 22 years, and I don't want anything for free, only what was promised when I paid for it.
