In Addition To The Above, After Vowing Not To Shop At Best Buy, My Wife Went Shopping For A Maytag Washer And Dryer One Afternoon And Called Me From Best Buy To Ask Me About A Washer And Dryer Set That She Was Thinking About Buying. Without Hesitation, I Asked Her Why She Even Stopped There And To Please Leave The Store Now! Later That Day We Went To Sears And Purchased A Better Set Of Matag's For Less! Best Buy Had Lost A $2,000.00 Purchase And Will Continue To Lose My Business As A Result Of The Poor And Rude Customer Service On Top Of The $100.00 Rebate That I Was To Recieve, But Instead Was Told "Your Outta Luck" By The Rebate Ctr. And The Store Mgr. Best Buy May Not Go Out Of Business For Loss Of My Business, But As Much Money As I Spend On T.V's, Cameras, Computers,etc.... I Would Think A Large Corp. Like Best Buy Would Make Even A Little Effort To Keep Me As A Repeat Costomer. By Now I Am Over The $100.00 Loss But I Can Not Get Over The Lack Of Respect and service They Have For Their Customers.
