I received a call from Kathy McCou telling me that they, Best Chemical, would be in my area and would like to offer a free soil analysis of my yard. I accepted and a week or so later she called and said that my yard had Gray Leaf and Brown Spot. She offered to treat the yard and she offered an annual contract for fertilizing , feeding, and treating the yard for disease, weeds and insects. I agreed and they came out to my house and sprayed the chemicals. The grass began to die and the weeds were thriving.
I called Best Chemical at least eight times and never once spoke to a human. I left messages on their machine each time, but no one ever returned my calls.
Ironically enough...they came by and claimed to treat the yard again (three months later), but my neighbor said they only went to my door and put the invoice on the door, then left!!!
The BBB has MANY complaints against this company and only one satisfied complaint.

Best Chemical Lawn Care is also using the names...Southwest Lawn Care and S C Lawn Care.
