Como propietario de mi tienda Latin Brother en Mayo del 2008 recibi la oferta de servicios para mi tienda para la compra de equipos para aceptar pagos con tarjetas de credito, debito y cheques, asi como para el pago de servicios, me hizo firmar documentos en ingles con la promesa de obtener el servicio en algunos dias, que nunca funciono.

Al tercer dia donde se firmo los documentos dijo que iba a demorar algunos dias la implementacion del servicio en su totalidad, pero inicialmente me saco 1300 dolares y los equipos nunca funcionaron. Despues de recibir el segundo cheque de 800 dolares siempre me iba diciendo que le servicio iba a estar afinado muy pronto, despues de esto nunca mas contesto las llamadas, solo dejaba el mensaje de voz, nunca mas contesto. Las copias de los papeles que firme dijo que me los enviaba por fax y nunca mas los envio.

Se entero que habia vendido una tienda mia a unos compradores mexicanos les vendio los equipos y como ellos no calificaban el unio los cobros de esos equipos a mi cuenta de cheques que le entregue previamente, en forma ilegal.

despues me dijo que me regalaria una maquina para cobrar los pagos de tarjeta de credito para mi restaurante, y como tampoco funciono llame a su empresa, y como no contestaban intente comunicarme con el proveedor del servicio quien me notifico que debia pagar 1300 dolares para cancelar el servicio de un contrato que nunca firme.

Parte de los equipos fueron devueltos a un asistente de nombre William tambien Puertoriqueno, despues que logre conversar con el diciendome que iban a corregir esos problemas, y que no habia contestado las llamadas por problemas familiares y al interior de su empresa. Despues tampoco volvio a contestar, asi me robo 2500 dolares, por equipos que no tienen mas de 500 dolares, me metio en problemas con los proveedores del servicio y afecto mi historial crediticio.

Tambien esta denunciado en el BBB (Better Business Bureau de Wisconsin) y tiene un link relacionado a mi denuncia, por que debe ser castigado por que cuando mas trataba de ubicarlo, supe de denuncias similares por enganar a muchos empresarios hispanos en Iowa y Wisconsin.

carlos feliz muy pronto van a recivir las consecuencias de sus acciones nunca as pensado en todas esas pobres personas que con muchos sacrificios an avierto negocios y tu con tus complices los as danado me das mucha lastima junto con maria tu esposa. y no olbides que yo no robo no soy un ladron como ustedes mi integridad no tiene precio me acusas que te robe $1000.00 muy pronto se van a responder ala justicia :)

Miguel was a former employee who had taken over $1000.00 from the company then after was terminated. Now all of suddenly Latin Brothers who was a good client to the company is now comming up with these alegations. We had sent at that time several technical support staff to help you fix your roblem. As you indicated when we went there that you did not know how long you where going to be in buisness since your drivers license had expired and you could not contiued being in the country cause of your imigration status. We did everything we could have to help you with your situation. The main problem that you where having was that the ecomony had drop as you your self indicated to me cause of Imigration going into several company's and taking lots of imigrants back to there country since they where not leagal in the country (according to your statement that you gave me when I was out there) You where fully aware of what you have sign since there was a verification call from the bank to verify that you understood what you was getting into. This recording we do have a copy if needed. Again, my oppologies if at the time (Best Choice Technologies) did anything that may have miss understood you.
