Best-matchmaking dot com This site has company representatives that filter your letters so you can never exchange contact information even if it is just email or skype so you could continue communicating normally to get to know each other better instead of just writing letters back and forth as if you are in prison, or so it seems. They are just another Pay Per Letter (PPL) scam. Then if you complain about how your letters are being filtered they respond with rudeness and tell you to GO TO ANOTHER SITE if you don't like it. Very unprofessional but it appears all the Ukrainian / Russian sites out there use this same rude sales take away tactic to manipulate men. They don't screen ladies very well as they claim and use a Pay Per Letter PPL scam to dupe men out of money Internet
