I placed an online order for a Camera body (canon rebel XT). Before placing the order I called and was told, when I asked, that the camera body was in stock and came with accessories, ie. Software, batteries, etc...

I placed the order and was contacted by email and phone that I needed to call them concerning my invoice. I initially thought my credit payment might not have gone thru. Instead when I contacted Chris he began to ask me what battery I wanted, the 4-hr or 8-hr battery, I then asked him which one does it come with? He said none, then I told him I already have the battery at which point he told me I needed a special NB-L25M battery for this unit...

That battery type is incorrect as I already knew it takes a NB-2LH according to Canon. He then began screaming at me that this was a $1000 camera and I needed to buy a battery for it. I said I already have one again, and he said 'Do you want a battery or not??' to which I responded NO and he said I'll have the Camera body in about 14days or so even though I initially read an 8 - 14 day shipment when I ordered it..

I am unsure of what I should do at this point as he finally just hung up on me after blurting the order will be sent. This is an Unethical Sales Practice and I am now concerned with what I will get and whether or not I'll be able to return the item if they send me the wrong thing.....
