I want to buy a Canon HV20, and I searh give me the result is: shopcartusa.com/P_Canon_HV20_2059B001/PT_Y/?ic_campID=98 . and I find the bestpricecameras.com is the best price. so I place a order for this canon hv20 camcorder with an battery ( for $120, so they give me second one free. actually this battery is only cost $15 at other web site.)at Nov. 25
In next day I call them to comfirm this order, Just like someone said then they said I also need buy one battery charger. but I donot. So that man fell like unhappy. and said than this was backorder, and the camcorder would be available at Dec. 6. but just in two day I have received the batterys and one tape. So I just wait and wait for the camcorder just like fool.
so today I cannot wait and call them, they said this order is cancelled. so I want to return the batterys to them, they said it's could not. so I know they are cheat.

other people's report for the same company .At first site this company's website looks above board and very nice. their prices truly are the best. You won't find any better until you make your order and then you will realize the scam. Truly I'm amazed they are still in business and it's my mission to shut them down. These Bastards are arrogant scammers that need the rug pulled out from under them.
After you place your order and you feel pretty great about your deal, sit back and wait because the phone call is coming. that's when they ask if you want a battery with the camera. You say no because you know the camera comes with a battery. they say no it doesn't. that'll be $100 please. Of course you need the charger now, that'll be $150 please. So much for your deal. Oh what's that? you don't want either. Okay, then it's time for the hard sell and the rudeness and the making you feel like a fool.
Long story short, they cancel your order and never tell you. Here's what the jerk told me, 'Did you really think you could get this camera for $1349? (snikker) Well it's not gonna happen.' The b*****d hung up on me. HANG UP ON THEM!! then TELL EVERYONE!!!
