BetsIncome.com Scam - Top Game Technology (((REDACTED))) - Rome VIP Casino RomeVipCasino.comBets Income - DiamondVip-Casino.com Fraud

I was doing programming for (((REDACTED))) and Top Game Technology.  This is a known gaming developer offshore company that's been in the business for years - but again, I only worked there for 3 months.

Basically, I worked for TG Services which is a Panamanian offshore mother company for both TopGameTechnology.com and IGSOnline.com where I created online interactive games.  At first, it really seemed like a legit operation.  Nice offices in Romania, and it also let me work from my home.   Half of the company is programmers, the other half is financial processing (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc).  Gamers are not supposed to know that Top Game Technology is not just the game developer, but also the "house" that does the processing.  (((REDACTED))) doesn't want people knowing this so that people don't question the conflict of interest he has in creating games that are fixed to make sure the house has better odds.  So he runs all the games via either his 3rd party offshore companies and/or uses a couple of 3rd party operators.  But he really doesn't have to many 3rd party operators cause he's pretty well known for being a con artist with them.

Anyway, since the nature of online gambling is based off of games that are supposed to offer the opportunity to online gamblers to win money, after every game we created - we we're told by (((REDACTED))) to create a 2nd version that has fixed odds that could be controlled inhouse.  He said that he wanted the new "fixed" versions for in house purposes only.

After a while of working at the company did I realize that the first (legit) version of the game was to pass "Quality Assurance" tests of TSTLabs for Top Game Technology and IGSOnline - and then the 2nd version was for the rigged games that (once he got quality assurance) he'd use to distribute to the players.

Basically, once (((REDACTED))) was able to convince TST Labs that the games are legit, and get their "seal of approval", the "legit" version would be replaced on the web server with the rigged version of the game to control the games winning results.  Again, at first, I didn't know this.  Most of the 3rd party gaming operators finally realized what was going on and left so again, most of the operation is run by (((REDACTED))) using one team in the office to create the games and another team to run websites as if they are not affiliated with the company.  There are like 8 employees who do processing and credit card fraud control when gamers make deposits.

In short, all of the roulette, poker, and other casino games we originally created for legit purposes are now replaced with the fixed version to guarantee T.G. Services and their operators fixed odds.

At the end of November 2013, after losing most of his 3rd party casino operators (who don't know the inner workings of T.G. Services and Top Game Technology) - this caused a huge loss of traffic from online gamers and also income to the company.

Top Game Technology never had more than 15 operators that whitelabled the games.  I think today there are no more than 4 3rd party operators using the games under their names.  Fact is, both operators and affiliates started realizing that the games are rigged and that even if you have $1,300 in the pot - your doomed to lose your money cause he doesn't give "pay outs" unless its over $2,500 in the account.  So he keeps your money.  Eventually you finally lose all your cash or he plays your numbers to get you to deposit more money.

(((REDACTED))) is careful to separate the games from the financing cause he knows it puts him in a "conflict of interest".  Most casino game developing companies dont run the games, they just rent them out - cause they don't want to appear to have a conflict of interest on the odds the games give.

Anyway, during Dec 2013 (which is when I left), (((REDACTED))) started changing things to expand with dubious methods designed to rip off both the gamers and the affiliate marketers.  As an example, he setup BetsIncome.com which is nothing more than an inhouse "Affiliate Program".  So all of the games, the affiliate program, etc., is all one operation to rip customers and affiliate marketers off - cause now no legit company will market his games.

Since I told (((REDACTED))) I'm not willing to be apart of this - he didn't pay me my last salary.  He still owes me 2,800 Euros for my last month and some vacation time and bonuses that we're promised.  He said "I'll ruin you if you expose" and since then he's called and left me numerous messages like a b******* ex-girlfriend to try to get me back.

Anyway, I start my new job on Jan 14th at a bank so I really don't care what he does.

Btw - Some of his dubious actions can be found on major casino affiliate forumsreported by his victims.  Again, all the major casino forums are talking about this.

Some of the casinos to watch out for are RomeVIPCasino.com & DiamondVip-Casino.com.  These sites are being promoted via BetsIncome.com which belong to (((REDACTED))).  The games are a fraud, the casino affiliate marketing site is a scam, and it's all designed to rip off the players.
