Better Business Bureau ripoff business killing untruthful reports made losing business because of false reports Southland California nationwide
Hi,
We have decided that the BBB is a complete and total rip-off. They charge people to make complaints over the phone. People will get mad that they did not read our policies before purchasing and then will be upset when they don't qualify for refunds, then because they are mad will decide to lie and try to hurt our business... and they have people have canceled orders for us because of the BBB. If we payed off the BBB or even wrote the biggest lie to respond to every customer who complained, we would have an A in the BBB. We choose not to do so because we know that the BBB is a waste of time and just wants us to pay the membership fee to stay at an A.
You can try our merchandise your self and see we are the best quality, and you will never find another company so happy to assist thier customers. Please remember that it is our responsibilty to write and post our policies, but it is the consumers responsibility to read it.
